Since 2016, we have been proud to partner with WTG, providing superior visual coverage for their diverse range of events across Ireland and beyond.
Objectives
Our aim has been to create engaging, high-quality imagery and videography that captures the vibrancy, professionalism, and unique experiences of each event. From intimate evening incentives to large-scale multi-day conferences and incentive trips, our goal was to document the moments that showcase WTG’s exceptional event planning and client engagement, while seamlessly managing complex logistics and multiple locations.
Solutions & Approach
Long-Term Collaboration & Development: We have documented over 30 events over the years, constantly evolving our offerings to meet WTG’s increasing standards and diverse needs. Our partnership involves flexible, tailored approaches to each event, ensuring every detail is captured perfectly.
Event Coverage & Logistics Management: We have comprehensively covered various events, including exclusive evening incentive travel dinners at venues such as Christchurch, Convention Centre Dublin, GSH, and Trinity College DublinD. Our team integrates into their team for multi-day, multi-location programmes, including renowned destinations like Kilkenny, the Cliffs of Moher, Ring of Kerry, Belfast, and Wicklow.
Special Event Projects: Most recently, we covered the prestigious four-day Toyota America golf tournament at Trump Doonbeg. To ensure thorough coverage, we deployed two photographers, each capturing different courses simultaneously throughout the week, ensuring no key moment was missed.
Logistics & Crew Deployment: Managing complex logistics across multiple venues and countries is a hallmark of our service. We coordinate closely with WTG to ensure timely setup, equipment transport, and optimal coverage of all key moments.
Onsite Printing & Framing Service: As part of our tailored service, we provide onsite printing and framing. We capture couples upon their arrival, print mounted images on the spot, and deliver or place the finished prints where needed —either before the end of the event or via room drops—adding a personal, memorable touch to each event.
