At the heart of every compelling image and video is motion whether still or moving, and the essence of human connection. REFLECTOR, led by Mark Harrison, blends technical expertise with a deep passion for visual storytelling. With a background in filmmaking, photography, and audio-visual event management, Mark crafts imagery that captures moments and builds meaningful connections.
Since 2006, Mark has developed a deeply human approach to visual storytelling, shaped by curiosity, collaboration and connection. By understanding each client’s story, he translates ideas into images and films that inspire, engage and resonate. Whether working with conferences, corporate brands or creative campaigns, his work reflects precision, emotion and authenticity.

Introducing Sarah
In 2025, Sarah joins as an official member of the REFLECTOR team. While she has been a passionate advocate and integral part of the business since its inception, her formal role marks an exciting new chapter. Sarah will lead the growth of our leadership team, drive innovation in service delivery, support business development, and expand the REFLECTOR brand.
With a rich background in arts management, a Master’s Degree in Cultural Policy and Arts Management, and an Honours Degree in Craft Design, Sarah brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic insight. Her 13+ years of experience as a Lecturer at the prestigious National College of Art & Design, Dublin have honed her skills in art, project management and creative innovation.
Sarah’s creativity and expertise in business and project management will be instrumental in supporting REFLECTOR’s vision for growth, building strategic partnerships, and advancing the business into this exciting new era. Her leadership and innovative approach will be key in shaping the future of REFLECTOR.

Daniele is a professional photographer based in Milan, originally from Naples. His southern roots, combined with the dynamic energy of Milan, have shaped a visual language that is both expressive and refined.
Specialising in event and portrait photography, Daniele approaches every assignment with a documentary sensitivity and a strong sense of composition. His work captures not only the visible details of an occasion but also the atmosphere, emotion, and subtle interactions that define each moment. Whether covering corporate events, private gatherings, or producing executive and creative portraits, he brings precision, discretion, and a natural ability to make subjects feel at ease in front of the camera.
Since joining REFLECTOR in 2022, Daniele has been a trusted creative partner, contributing to the visual identity of our brand through consistent, high-quality imagery. His photographs balance professionalism with authenticity, helping us communicate our values through powerful visual storytelling.
