Overview
Kaseya is a Miami-based global provider of IT solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Known for their innovative technology and wide-reaching industry influence, Kaseya hosts major conferences worldwide, including the renowned Kaseya Connect Global Conference, DattoCon Miami, DattoCon Europe, and numerous other events across the US, Europe, and beyond. Their focus on community engagement, industry leadership, and brand visibility makes comprehensive visual documentation vital to their success.
Objectives
Our core mission was to deliver superior, engaging visual coverage across over 11 large-scale global events– from Las Vegas and Arizona to Miami and Dublin. We aimed to capture high-profile attendees, key sessions, sponsor branding, and social moments with maximum discretion and minimal disruption. The goal was to produce high-resolution imagery that could be shared and used immediately in marketing and PR initiatives. In Ireland/UK, we are their partner for two consecutive years, capturing onsite content for their overall SKO video.

Our approach was meticulously planned and executed, incorporating stakeholder management, logistics, and multi-day coverage to ensure seamless delivery.
Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management: We mapped out key areas and sessions for each event by collaborating closely with Kaseya’s internal teams and global partners. This involved coordinating schedules, access points, and logistical requirements to ensure maximum coverage without interfering with event proceedings.
Logistics & Multi-Day Capture: Managing complex multi-location and multi-day events required detailed planning– whether at Las Vegas’s MGM Grand Convention Centre, Miami’s Fontainebleau, Eden Roc, Intercontinental Convention Centre, or European venues such as the Convention Centre Dublin (CCD). Our team coordinated with venue staff and partners to facilitate quick setups and efficient workflows.
High-Quality 4K Photography & Videography: Utilising the latest technology, we captured stunning 4K images and dynamic motion in stills. Our content covered keynote speeches, breakouts, sponsor stands, VIP meet-ups, and evening celebrations, all delivered with clarity and cinematic quality. For the UK and Ireland events, we capture B-roll and event content, ensuring we tell the story of each event experience and narrative.

Real-Time Delivery & Online Galleries: We provided continuous imagery throughout each event, uploading selected shots to secure online galleries accessible to Kaseya from day one. This facilitated immediate asset sharing for social media, marketing, and press use, fast-tracking their post-event campaigns.
