Overview
Reflector was proud to serve as the Photography and Videography partner for the MPI UK & Ireland Insights Event, held at the prestigious K Club and Kilkea Castle. With a theme centered on "Connection Through Shared Experience," this dynamic event facilitated genuine relationships and impactful networking, bringing together over 40 UK buyers and 40 Irish trade partners. Key stakeholders included MPI Board members, Fáilte Ireland, Tourism Ireland, venue sales directors, and various strategic partners. Additionally, the event featured a global CSR initiative called “Build a Hand,” illustrating how the events industry can collectively drive positive change. Reflector was tasked with capturing every significant moment, ensuring tailored narratives could be effectively delivered to each stakeholder.

Strategic Solution
Reflector deployed a dedicated team of five professionals on-site, consisting of two photographers and three videographers. Detailed planning and scheduling were crucial to capturing the extensive agenda, which featured multiple breakout sessions, global keynotes, and engaging experiences designed to break down transactional barriers between buyers and suppliers.
The “Build a Hand” initiative played a pivotal role, rallying attendees around the cause of social responsibility. Curated discussions and workshops conveyed a powerful message: when the events industry collaborates, it can address pressing societal challenges and make meaningful contributions to communities worldwide.
Through this effort, Reflector captured the passion and commitment shared amongst participants.
Our team diligently documented private invite-only dinners, extravagant culinary experiences, and vibrant entertainment, including a surprise flash mob of Irish dancers. The day's highlight comprised a beautiful candelit dinner at Kilkea Castle, showcasing exceptional Irish entertainers, culminating in a thrilling performance by Jamie Duffy.
