The project was led by Mark, who coordinated a total of approximately 10 days of shooting and engaged with key stakeholders, including the owners, chefs, and mixologists. Multiple locations were utilised to capture a diverse range of culinary delights and drink options. The process involved exceptional lighting techniques and an in-depth understanding of client needs, ensuring every moment was effectively visualised and captured.
