Endeavor Ireland is a Dublin-based branch of the esteemed global organization dedicated to accelerating Irish startups into international markets. Under the leadership of an individual connected to U2, Endeavor Ireland organises high-profile networking events, selection panels, and entrepreneurial retreats to promote growth and connect innovators with global opportunities.
Objectives
Our primary goal was to deliver compelling, high-quality photography and videography that captured the essence and energy of Endeavor Ireland’s diverse events. Maintaining discretion and minimizing distractions was a key priority to ensure authentic moments while respecting the high-profile environment. By building a long-term creative partnership, we aimed to create content that would support Endeavor Ireland’s branding and future outreach efforts.

Global 100th International Selection Panel (2024, Dublin): A multi-day, high-profile event featuring international panelists, finalists, and decision-makers. Our team captured keynote moments, insightful panels at the Aviva Stadium, and dynamic networking sessions, including exclusive interviews with finalists.
Judging Day & Finalist Event: (as part of the 100th Global International Section panel) Documented the rigorous judging process at MOLI, including finalist presentations and networking masterclasses at Ely. Our team also captured the innovative touring of Windmill Studies and evening celebrations at Teeling Whiskey Brewery.
Annual Networking and VIP Retreats: Cover exclusive networking evenings, showcasing Ireland’s vibrant startup community and international connections. We partnered on to of their flagship Two-day VIP annual retreats in Cliff at Lyons. Refector covered photography and video to capture all the essence of this event.
