Overview
Dalata Hotel Group is Ireland’s largest hotel operator, renowned for their extensive portfolio of high-end hotels and a commitment to excellence. Their events, particularly the internal hotel awards, are significant occasions that celebrate their staff and achievements, requiring the highest level of professional photography and videography to reflect their prestige.
Objectives
Our goal was to provide comprehensive visual coverage of Dalata's most important events—capturing the recognition of over 200 award recipients across multiple rooms, the grandeur of their gala awards nights, and additional smaller events. The focus was on delivering vibrant, high-quality images and engaging highlight videos that portray the prestige and atmosphere of these key moments.
Solutions & Approach
Expert Coverage of High-Profile Awards: Over the past two years, we have supplied four photographers to capture the award ceremony, where over 200 recipients are honoured across four different rooms during a one hour window. Our team coordinated seamlessly, ensuring every award presentation, reaction, and group shot was captured without missing a moment.
Gala Dinner & Awards Night captured in Still & Motion: For the main awards evening, we deploy two photographers to cover the large, lively room, capturing candid receptions, on-stage presentations, walk-up shots, and post-award group images. We focus on the atmosphere, the reactions, and the on-stage action, delivering a comprehensive visual story of the night.
Dynamic Video Content: Our two-camera video crew films the entire event, capturing moments from drinks receptions to on-stage speeches, to produce a 4-5 minute highlight package. This professionally edited video provides Dalata with a captivating recap to share internally or externally, showcasing the occasion’s energy and significance.
Additional Smaller Events: Recognising the value of bespoke content, we have also begun covering smaller in-house events throughout the year, consistently maintaining the same high standards of quality and professionalism.
